We just launched ‘Banned in London’ by the Aruan Ortiz and Michael Janisch Quintet ft Greg Osby just two days ago, and the response so far has been amazing.   A pair of great reviews have come in about the album which both do a great job describing the amount of excitement and energy that was recorded at the band’s sold out London Jazz Festival performance in NOV of 2011.  Here’s one from Marlbank and the other from London Jazz.
