27th May 2012: The great press begins for Zhenya Strigalev’s ‘Smiling Organizm’ from London Jazz

London based Russian alto saxophonist Zhenya Strigalev is about to launch his debut WWR album ‘Smiling Organizm’ in just over 1 week from today.  Here’s our original news post on this exciting release, which features an all star cast of musicians in bass titans Larry Grenadier and Tim Lefebvre, the one and only Eric Harland on drums, one of the UK’s premier pianist Liam Noble, and fellow countryman Vitaly Golovnev.
