A new review for Romain Pilon’s WWR release Colorfield comes in from the French ‘Jazz Magazine’ who define it as “a well balanced and profound album… Romain Pilon displays his talent in composition and focused well-built choruses” and describes the band as “an impeccable cast”.
The band consists of Romain Pilon on guitar, Walter Smith III on tenor sax, Michael Janisch on double bass and Jamire Williams on drums.
