26th April 2018: Preston-Glasgow-Lowe to release ‘II’ (the follow up to their eponymous debut album) November 2018 – two new live videos from Ronnie Scott’s in London

This November sees the release of II from Preston Glasgow Lowe, the follow up to their critically acclaimed eponymous debut album.

David Preston (guitar), Kevin Glasgow (bass) & Laurie Lowe (drums) are PGL, whose  music is a mash-up of relentless rhythmic energy, harmonic dystopia, and virtuosic improvisations. The band shot to the forefront of the UK’s jazz/improv scene with their debut album and interest was so high they were invited to headline Billboard Live in Tokyo, in addition to heavy European touring. Expanding the format of the guitar trio with intricate and unique compositions, they draw influence from an expansive array of styles, while maintaining a focused original sound.

Here are two recent videos recorded Live at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London.
