10th July 2012: Phil Robson with new Promo Video for ‘The Immeasurable Code’ just in time for his major fall tour.

Internationally acclaimed solo artist, guitar-demon, composer, educator and all around cool guy Phil Robson has just started a major tour playing music from his late 2011 release ‘The Immeasurable Code.’  Featuring the iconic saxophonist Mark Turner, Downbeat Critics Poll Star Flautist Gareth Lockrane, WWR’s own powerhouse double bassist Michael Janisch, and Cuban-born, NYC/London resident drummer Ernesto Simpson, the album has been received amazingly well in the international press and has earned Robson some big accolades, such as a nomination for the ‘Jazz Album of the Year’ for the 2012 Parliamentary Jazz Awards, ‘London Art Awards’ Jazz Category in 2012, and also made the Best Album (critcs list) Jazzwise Magazine, 2011.
