The UK music press has been buzzing about MJ’s tour for a month now. This week the Guardian picked it as one of the ‘cultural’ highlights of the week’ READ HERE. And MJ has done a very informative interview for the Oxford Jazz Festival on why he loves performing music from Jazz’s rich cultural heritage HERE, and don’t forget NYC based Piano guru David Berkman’s witty and informative preview piece he did for London Jazz HERE.
These are just a few samplings of the press about this tour, the real treat will be to catch MJ and the New York Standards Quartet in action live. Check the EVENTS section for the entire tour schedule (minus private workshops events which have not been publicized).
Michael will also have copies of his album “PURPOSE BUILT” available on the tour.
